Flurazepam Dalmane is a sedative benzodiazepines.
It is used for short-term treatment of patients with insomnia. If you are over 60 years of age, you may be more likely to experience side effects from flurazepam. It possesses anxiolytic, anticonvulsant, sedative and skeletal muscle relaxant properties. It is not known whether flurazepam passes into breast milk.
Older adults-At first, 5 mg two to four times a day. Adults-At first, 10 mg injected into a muscle or vein. Adults-At first, 50 to 100 mg, injected into a muscle or vein. Xanax, Valium, Phentermine, Ambien, reduced pricing.
It has the longest half-life of all of the benzodiazepines 40-250 hours, and may stay in the bloodstream for up to four days. It builds up in the body very fast and may remain in the body two to four days after taken. Store flurazepam at room temperature away from moisture and heat. Other, less serious side effects may be more likely to occur. Do not take flurazepam without first talking to your doctor if you have narrow-angle glaucoma.
